Hey Guys, sorry I havn't been posting to my blog much lately but I've been hard at work in the studio working on the track for a new video for Fabulous Lake Tahoe's YouTube Channel. We shot a video to Joni Mitchell's "Big Yellow Taxi" (Pave Paradise, put up a parking lot) supposedly in time for Earth Day (BTW: we even announced it in our "Earth Day anti-littering PSA" )
But, I didn't like the way it was going musically. Anyone can sing "Big Yellow Taxi" in their living room with an acoustic guitar... I wanted something bigger. So I had my friends Johnny and Pel do some guitar, bass and slide. Added a few girl singers and a horn section, and now it's a kick-ass rock tune. Keep following this blog and I'll post the video as soon as it goes up.
